Qualification Requirements
A Bachelor's degree from an institution recognized by the UA. Students who do not have a degree equivalent to the UA Bachelor of Science degree in Systems & Industrial Engineering may be admitted into the graduate certificate program, but may be required to complete some undergraduate deficiency courses prior to enrolling in graduate courses.
You must have a 3.0 or higher GPA in your undergraduate degree or your last 60 units of your undergraduate degree.
The graduate application can be found at www.grad.arizona.edu. You must upload a letter of intent and unofficial transcripts. Three letters of recommendation are also required. If applying for funding, GRE scores must be submitted. If you are an international student, a TOEFL score is also required.
We do not require the GRE for the Certificate program.
A minimum grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.00 scale (to be awarded the program certificate, students must achieve at least a 3.0 graduate GPA).
Test of English as a Foreign Language(link is external) (TOEFL) - minimum score of 79 iBT (or 60 on the revised PBT with no section score lower than 15).
International English Language Testing System(link is external) (IELTS) - minimum composite score of 7, with no subject area below a 6
