The Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences takes a multidisciplinary approach to studying food, dietary treatments, and achieving peak health. The curriculum features two specialized tracks. Aspiring medical, dental, or physical therapy graduate students supplement their program with advanced math and science courses, while others blend business subjects like accounting and economics with food service training for careers in nutrition management.
