The Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences takes a rigorous scientific approach to studying nutritional therapies and their impact on human health. This program provides two specialized tracks. Those focusing on Dietetics will study subjects like clinical nutrition interventions, public health nutrition, dietary counseling, and institutional food operations. Graduates qualify to take the exam for Dietetic Technicians, earning the Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered certification. Note that starting January 1, 2024, a master's degree will be required to qualify for the Registered Dietitian Nutritionist examination.
