Civil engineers are highly sought after across all sectors where structural development requires engineering knowledge, from the earliest design stages through construction oversight. The Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering equips students to develop enduring infrastructure by employing techniques and materials that conserve essential global resources and safeguard the environment. This comprehensive curriculum addresses a wide array of disciplines, such as construction engineering management, environmental engineering, geotechnical engineering and geomechanics, hydraulic and water resources engineering, structural engineering, and transportation, traffic, highway, and airport engineering. Through paid internships, hands-on fieldwork, capstone projects, and design-build competitions, graduates are well-prepared to meet critical needs in both public and private sectors.
Students must have high school equivalent to USA and entry requirements vary from country to country.
International applicants whose primary language is not English, or who attended school in a non-English speaking country, regardless of citizenship, must prove English proficiency. English proficiency may be proven by one or more of the following:
TOEFL iBT - 79
IELTS - 6.5
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic - 53
IB (English A – Higher Level) - 5 or higher
Cambridge English Scale (C1 Advanced, C2 Proficiency) - 176
