The Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services creates a defined transfer route for students holding an Associate's of Applied Science (AAS) degree in a relevant field. This Human Services program focuses on comprehending, addressing, and assisting with the social, mental, educational, and physical needs of people and families in rural settings and modern global communities. Our curriculum strives to train emerging human services professionals who will reinforce support systems, boost healthcare, education, and social services, refine service frameworks, and promote impactful public policies.
The Human Services program is designed for students transferring approximately 60 units from a regionally accredited institution. The program requires additional materials during the application process. The minimum entrance requirements include:
Minimum 2.5 GPA
TOEFL iBT - 70
IELTS - 6.0
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic - 53
IB (English A – Higher Level) - 5 or higher
Cambridge English Scale (C1 Advanced, C2 Proficiency) - 169
