The printmaking curriculum provides classes ranging from Introductory to Advanced and Graduate levels, covering Relief (linoleum and woodcut), Intaglio (etching, engraving, drypoint), Lithography, Screen Printing, Photographic Methods, along with Monotype and Monoprint techniques. Learners are guided to cultivate their artistic vision by experimenting with visual elements, color palettes, diverse print methods, and innovative combinations of techniques. The workspace features two etching presses, a dual-purpose lithography/etching press, a relief/etching press, plus an assortment of manual and electric tools for crafting printing plates and blocks. The facility employs a vertical etching tank with ferric chloride solution and includes computer access alongside a cutting-edge laser platemaker for photographic print processes.
