For those who love video games, animated films, short animations, TV shows, visual effects, or data visualizations, and who are equally adept with digital tools like mice, keyboards, and styluses as they are with traditional art supplies, digital animation could be your ideal career path.
As a modern artistic discipline, digital animation demands both creative vision and technical expertise. Our curriculum aims to develop versatile digital animators proficient in all production aspects. Coursework includes storyboarding, concept art, 3D modeling, surface texturing, material shading, lighting techniques, character rigging, both 2D and 3D animation, final rendering, short film production, and game design and development.
International applicants must meet all established requirements for admission from secondary schools or from other colleges and universities.
In order to be considered for admission to degree programs with no additional English language training required, applicants must meet the following minimums on the TOEFL or IELTS.
TOEFL (iBT): all sub-scores greater than or equal to 18 OR
IELTS: all sub-scores greater than or equal to 6.0
