The curriculum begins with foundational courses providing comprehensive knowledge of applied statistics in nutrition studies, biochemical nutrition principles, and research techniques. Starting in your first year, you'll participate in research rotations that allow you to investigate various potential study areas. These may encompass Biochemical Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition, Preventive Medicine, Body Composition Analysis, and Research Methodology. To complete the program, candidates must produce an original dissertation that advances nutrition science knowledge, accompanied by at least two published articles in recognized scientific journals.
