Arts Administration
The Arts Administration Concentration provides comprehensive training by combining classes from the Department of Theatre and Dance, the Manderson Graduate School of Business, and the College of Communications and Information Sciences.
Typically spanning three years, the MFA program may offer reduced duration for students entering with an MA in theatre, subject to faculty assessment of prior coursework. Applicants seeking accelerated completion must request evaluation of previous studies. A minimum two-year residency applies to students in accelerated tracks. With approval from the specialization's Area Head and relevant Department, cross-disciplinary Theatre courses may count toward the mandatory 45 credit hours.
