The Law School collaborates with the Political Science and Economics Departments to enable Ph.D. candidates in these fields to pursue dual enrollment at both the Law School and their respective departments. During the initial year, participants focus solely on law school coursework, followed by at least one year dedicated entirely to graduate studies in political science or economics. Subsequent years involve a combination of classes from both disciplines. Certain courses have received prior approval from the Law School and the respective departments to apply toward both degrees, reducing the total time required compared to pursuing each degree separately. Admission to the dual enrollment program requires independent acceptance into both programs.
