The Bachelor of Science in Engineering program at Jefferson Thomas Jefferson University holds accreditation from ABET's Engineering Accreditation Commission. Foundational courses will help you build skills in science, mathematics, and engineering analysis. During your sophomore year, you will choose your concentration area. Applied coursework, culminating in a two-semester senior design project, provides practical, real-world experience that prepares you for professional licensure, industry success, graduate studies, or launching a business in your specialized field or general engineering practice.
The ABET-accredited BSE in Engineering develops a broad range of engineering abilities while enabling technical specialization in unique fields: industrial and systems engineering, textile engineering, bioprocessing engineering, or a custom engineering concentration. Students select their concentration in sophomore year and graduate with qualifications to pursue Professional Engineering licensure (P.E.), industry positions, entrepreneurial ventures, and advanced degrees.
