They address environmental challenges posed by climate change and extreme weather while promoting the wellbeing of both people and ecosystems. These professionals create parks, gardens, urban streetscapes, and rehabilitate natural habitats, complementing architects who focus on buildings - landscape architects handle all exterior spaces.
