The Biomedical Imaging, Sensing, and Genomic Signal Processing research team unites professors from various fields to concentrate on capturing and interpreting biomedical images and signals, processing genomic data, and developing nano/micro systems for biological and medical uses. Foundational coursework equips students with knowledge in medical imaging technology, image processing techniques, genomic data analysis, and biosensor development, supplemented by specialized elective options. Dedicated research facilities support work in magnetic resonance imaging, ultrasound technology, genomic signal analysis, and integrated micro/nano/biological systems.
