The Master of Jurisprudence in Intellectual Property (M.Jur. in I.P.) program provides specialized training in IP law for professionals and graduate students from related fields seeking to expand their legal expertise for career advancement. This program is ideal for: 1) non-legal professionals in fields like engineering, business, public policy, and entrepreneurship who require IP knowledge, 2) professionals in roles that would benefit from deeper understanding of IP law, including government officials, corporate leaders, tech innovators, and media professionals, and 3) graduate students needing advanced IP knowledge for academic or career purposes.
Participants can choose between thesis and non-thesis degree options, with flexible full-time or part-time enrollment. Most classes are conducted through in-person sessions at the Fort Worth, Texas School of Law.
