Estate Planning involves creating wills, trusts, and addressing associated financial and tax considerations. To specialize in Estate Planning, students need to complete at least 16 credits in core and related subjects. A minimum GPA of 2.33 is required for all graded courses that fulfill the Estate Planning criteria. Courses taken for credit cannot be completed on a pass/fail basis to meet these requirements.
