Fiduciary litigation represents an increasingly important and expanding legal practice area that intersects with diverse dispute categories, such as commercial conflicts, inheritance and trust disagreements, matrimonial legal issues, and numerous other substantive legal domains. Given that fiduciary responsibilities emerge through various channels and can fundamentally alter litigation dynamics, this field has evolved into a distinct specialty. The mandatory curriculum for the Fiduciary Litigation Professional Track concentrates on key legal domains where fiduciary obligations frequently surface, enabling students to grasp the foundations and circumstances surrounding these duties, along with available recourse for breaches. The track's elective offerings adopt a wider scope, delivering supplementary and more generalized litigation expertise. This program serves as a qualifying foundational track for the Special Distinction in Litigation recognition.
