The International Agriculture Graduate Certificate (INAG) Program equips graduate students with specialized expertise in global agriculture, enhancing their professional skills and marketability. This program is documented on official transcripts and can also be obtained as an independent credential through the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. The 15-credit INAG curriculum blends relevant coursework from students' primary disciplines with international agriculture classes offered by the Departments of Agricultural Leadership, Education, and Communications, and Agricultural Economics. All INAG courses must predominantly cover international agriculture topics (over 50% content). Through this certificate, students gain concentrated knowledge in areas like human resource development and agricultural/natural resource economics, including trade policies and regulations.
