The Human Development and Family Sciences (HDFS) Bachelor of Science program enables students to explore human growth across physical, cognitive, emotional, and social dimensions throughout the lifespan. This program prepares students for professions focused on supporting children (ages 5-17, grades K-12), adults, and family systems. Graduates will gain the skills to enhance developmental progress and family wellness in various settings such as: community programs, social/faith-based groups, healthcare institutions, nonprofit agencies, private practice, or educational environments.
