The Master of Science in Education program in Applied Behavior Analysis equips students with skills to utilize learning and behavior principles for meaningful societal impact. Participants master systematic behavior modification techniques by evaluating environmental factors and implementing science-based interventions. Professionals in this field have addressed diverse challenges, from boosting workplace productivity and community safety programs to developing parenting techniques, managing childhood behavioral issues, refining educational approaches, and supporting addiction recovery. This curriculum meets the academic prerequisites and contributes to the supervised experience needed for BCBA certification. Alumni of the Applied Behavior Analysis M.S.Ed. program meet the increasing need for trained professionals in educational and social service settings, particularly for supporting those with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental conditions. The graduate program also empowers teachers, therapists, and helping professionals to design and execute targeted interventions for skill development and behavioral challenges. Program graduates develop comprehensive expertise in assessing behavioral influences, designing personalized treatment plans, and evaluating intervention outcomes to guide evidence-based adjustments.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Discipline/Related Discipline: A bachelor's degree is required. A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is expected.
International applicants should also submit an official document that validates completion and conferral of a degree, diploma, and/or certificate. While not required, international applicants are encouraged to submit transcript(s) to the World Education Services (WES) for evaluation.
Statement of Goals: In 500 to 1,000 words, outline your interest in seeking a master's degree with a specific focus on the career to which you aspire, your interests, and your academic and job-related experiences that are relevant to the program.
Standardized Test Scores:
Applicants who earned their baccalaureate degree from an institution where the language of instruction was other than English, with the exception of those who subsequently earned a master's degree at a U.S. institution, must report scores for a standardized test of English that meet these minimums:
TOEFL iBT: 79
IELTS Academic: 6.5
550 on the paper-based (PBT)
The minimum admissions standard for all graduate students is ordinarily an undergraduate grade point average of B or 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, or the functional equivalent for students who have attended universities outside of the United States.
Interview: An interview with the faculty admissions committee may be required after a complete application is received.
