This Accelerated Program enables Classical Languages and Literature undergraduates specializing in Latin within the College of Liberal Arts to pursue an innovative path. Students can finish their bachelor's degree and subsequently earn a Master's in Secondary Education within one additional year. The graduate program fulfills all Pennsylvania Department of Education criteria for obtaining PreK-12 Latin Teacher Certification.

Your application must include all official and original academic records from any secondary school you have ever attended.
If you are attending a secondary school curriculum that is four years, Temple University reviews grades nine through 11 as well as your current progress in 12th grade (term/quarter/semester/predicted) or your final transcript if you completed secondary school.
If you are attending a secondary school curriculum that is only three years, we strongly recommend you submit the final year of your primary school as well.
