The International and Development Administration program focuses on public policy and management challenges with global relevance. This track appeals to students interested in governance and policy matters within developing nations, Eastern Europe's post-Soviet states, or those pursuing careers in domestic agencies handling international affairs (such as EPA's international division or state-level trade offices).
Program objectives include:
Introducing students to characteristics that differentiate administrative systems across developed and developing nations,
Exploring the resulting behavioral and policy trends, and
Analyzing potential solutions—from economic, social, political, and managerial viewpoints—to address barriers and enhance trade and development.
