Our LL.M. program provides international legal practitioners with a chance to enhance their expertise by exploring U.S. legal principles and procedures. Graduates who fulfill all requirements will be awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree, with official documentation confirming their achievement.
The LL.M. can be completed in either two or three semesters, with options to focus on specific fields or pursue a general curriculum. Alongside core requirements, our academic advisors will assist in tailoring course selections to align with your career aspirations and objectives.
For LL.M. candidates with professional backgrounds or academic interests in American corporate law's global applications, we offer specialized tracks to refine analytical abilities and legal writing proficiency.
Every participant benefits from individualized academic guidance and can choose from diverse courses including International Business Transactions, Trade Law, Mediation, Banking Law, Tax Law, and various commercial practice areas.
LL.M. students additionally have the privilege of taking up to two graduate-level classes in other schools, such as the Whitman School of Management, enabling cross-disciplinary learning opportunities.
