The Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communication and Rhetorical Studies offers an engaging academic setting for students aiming to advance their expertise in communication studies. Completion of the M.A. in Communication and Rhetorical Studies demands 33 credits post-bachelor's degree. Twenty-four credits must be completed within the Department of Communication and Rhetorical Studies, with up to 9 credits allowed from other disciplines. Independent study courses are limited to 6 credits. Students may opt to complete a 6-credit thesis or fulfill all requirements through coursework followed by a comprehensive final examination.
