The doctoral program in Higher Education equips graduates to tackle the multifaceted challenges in global higher education by combining rigorous academic foundations with hands-on learning opportunities.
This curriculum emphasizes putting theoretical concepts and research findings into practice within higher education settings. As college student demographics grow more varied, transformative changes are required to create inclusive curricula, teaching methods, policies, and approaches that recognize and nurture students' unique strengths, backgrounds, and capabilities to foster their growth, learning, and achievement. Participants examine higher education from multiple perspectives, ranging from individual learners to student groups, academic institutions, and entire higher education systems.
