Clinical Supervision Training: Develop expertise in guiding counselors and trainees through individual and group supervision during practicum, while assisting with master's student oversight.
College Counseling Experience: Gain clinical practice in university settings through supervised internships and assistantships, addressing diverse student mental health needs.
Academic Preparation: Prepare for leadership roles through the Future Professoriate Program, which offers teaching assistant support, co-teaching opportunities with faculty and peers, guest lecturing, and independent instruction.
The doctoral program requires 96 post-baccalaureate credits plus 9-15 dissertation credits, typically completed in 4 years of full-time study, with part-time options available.
