The renewable materials science curriculum trains students in the study of sustainable materials derived from renewable sources. This program offers comprehensive understanding of various materials including timber, paper products, eco-friendly packaging solutions, natural fiber composites, and cutting-edge sustainable materials, with a strong focus on ecological responsibility and reducing environmental impact. Participants can pursue diverse career paths in sustainable packaging, bio-based products, and renewable materials sectors, spanning technical, research, and leadership roles. The curriculum features three specialization tracks: paper technology, wood science, and polymer studies. The polymer science specialization is offered in collaboration with the Chemistry Department.
