Choose between a BA or BS in Theatre with concentrations including: Acting, Musical Performance, Direction, Scriptwriting, Technical Production, Scenic Design, Production Coordination, or Arts Leadership. The Theatre Department develops talented storytellers who thrive as performers, creative professionals, designers, writers, directors, teachers, and cultural managers. You'll engage with our expert faculty, guest artists, Boston's professional theatre community at the Modern, and arts organizations worldwide.
Options include pursuing a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Theatre with specializations in: Performance Studies, Musical Theater, Directing Techniques, Dramatic Writing, Technical Theatre, Design Concepts, Production Management, or Arts Leadership.
