The Corporate Accounting & Finance program merges financial theory with practical accounting skills to equip students for corporate finance roles. This curriculum delivers comprehensive training in financial reporting alongside analytical and strategic competencies essential for executive roles like Chief Financial Officer or finance director.
Participants will gain expertise in capital management, budgeting and forecasting, and investment appraisal techniques to guide corporate investment decisions.
Suffolk's innovative Corporate Accounting and Finance program aligns with the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification requirements, structured to provide the rigorous education needed for students to obtain this professional credential. The university is currently seeking program endorsement from The Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) for its accounting degrees. Achieving IMA approval would place Suffolk among an elite group of just 50 institutions nationwide with this distinguished accreditation.
