Stevens' doctoral program in electrical engineering provides exceptional training for leadership roles across all professional domains of the discipline. Doctoral candidates will expand their technical understanding while cultivating robust leadership skills.
In this program, you'll thoroughly explore digital and electronic systems design, power systems, IoT technologies, robotics, and wireless communication systems. You'll collaborate with distinguished Stevens faculty and researchers from other elite institutions on groundbreaking, interdisciplinary projects. Throughout your doctoral studies, you'll utilize world-class facilities including the SMARTLab for signal processing, machine learning, and robotics training, and the WiMoLab for pioneering wireless communications and mobile computing research.
Students must have a bachelor’s degree, with a minimum GPA of 3.5, from an accredited institution.
English language proficiency students must score at least 74 on TOEFL iBT, 550 on TOEFL PBT, 6 on IELTS.
