The last ten years have witnessed a dramatic surge in high-throughput data covering diverse biological information, from DNA sequences to RNA expression levels, single-cell protein measurements, protein variations, and metabolic profiles. These intricate multi-omics datasets pose integration, visualization, and analysis challenges for researchers unfamiliar with systems biology and bioinformatics. A new wave of scientists must emerge to harness these resources for exploring groundbreaking immunological questions. The CSI program aims to cultivate interdisciplinary researchers capable of pinpointing key immunological challenges and designing comprehensive computational-experimental strategies to address them. Participants in the CSI track will gain the skills to: create computational methods leveraging vast public omics datasets to advance immunological understanding, incorporate cutting-edge omics analysis approaches into established genomic pipelines to accelerate immunological discoveries, and pioneer intuitive multi-omics simulation and visualization tools that democratize systems immunology for non-programmers, effectively connecting complex data analysis with human comprehension to generate meaningful insights.
