The Field Change and Career Change initiatives aim to cultivate the essential skills, mindsets, and understanding required for educating diverse groups of young learners (from infancy through second grade) with varying abilities. These programs are designed to equip educators for guiding student growth across multiple environments, including mainstream classrooms, early intervention programs, inclusive settings, and specialized special education classrooms. This is accomplished by combining insights about developmentally suitable approaches and play-centered learning with expertise in addressing developmental challenges and associated disabilities.
