The Exercise Science program is designed to develop versatile professionals skilled in exercise physiology, assessment techniques, and program design for careers in academic, athletic, medical, and therapeutic settings. This curriculum equips students for various roles in strength and conditioning, such as personal trainers, certified strength coaches, fitness entrepreneurs, sports team performance specialists, and other related professions.
In their junior and senior years, students focus primarily on exercise science coursework (including kinesiology, biomechanics, and exercise physiology) while participating in numerous lab-based classes (such as exercise programming, equipment usage, and practical training sessions). Furthermore, during their final semester, students must undertake a guided internship (ESCI Internship I & II) at an approved facility relevant to their chosen specialization and professional aspirations.
Students must have official transcripts and marks from your high school or college/university. We require a 2.0 minimum GPA for all the incoming freshmen students.
