The Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Wine Production provides foundational training for crafting premium wines. This program covers the entire winemaking process, from vineyard to bottling, incorporating modern techniques and daily winery workflows. Participants explore wine chemistry and its application in production choices, along with how grape-growing methods influence final product quality. Beyond theoretical instruction, learners gain practical skills through immersive participation in a complete annual cycle at our advanced commercial teaching winery facility.
Applicants can apply who are high school graduates; or 18 years of age or older.
We accept an IELTS score of 6.0 overall with 5.0 or higher on the writing section, or a TOEFL (iBT) score of 64 overall with 17 or higher on the writing section.
