The Mechanical Engineering Department provides Master of Science degree programs in Mechanical Engineering. These courses also serve as options for co-majors or minors for students from other departments. The graduate curriculum focuses on specialized studies encompassing design and research across thermofluid sciences, solid mechanics, dynamics, and industrial/quality control engineering. Learners are urged to expand their knowledge by engaging in supplementary programs from related disciplines like mathematics, computer science, and various engineering fields.
Student must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 to receive unconditional admission.
A minimum TOEFL score of 525 paper-based, 197 computer-based, or 71 Internet based, or IELTS score of 5.5.
