The Graduate Taxation Certificate consists of four 3-credit courses (totaling 12 credits): BTAX 6003 Tax Research plus three electives. Qualification Requirements

An overall undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher. Seton Hall welcomes applications from international students for admission into full-time graduate degree programs. The Office of International Programs provides counseling and support for all student visa and immigration issues, and also assists international students in becoming active members of the University and surrounding community. Academic transcripts from institutions outside of the United States or Canada must undergo a course-by-course evaluation conducted by an independent credentials evaluation agency, that is a member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES). A minimum score of 607 paper based-254 computer based and 80 for internet based is required for admission.
