To thrive in today's intricate, tech-centric financial sector, financial engineers need advanced mathematical expertise to recognize trends and apply their technical abilities to enhance their organizations' or investment portfolios' performance.
Through collaboration between Stevens Institute of Technology's Finance Department and the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science, eligible financial mathematics majors can enroll in three Seton Hall courses that accelerate their path toward a master's in financial engineering at Stevens.
By completing these three Seton Hall courses, students can finish the remaining seven required graduate courses in just one year at Stevens, paying for only a single year of graduate tuition. This enables them to earn both a Seton Hall Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics and a Stevens Master of Science in Financial Engineering within five years.
