The Respiratory Care specialization within the Bachelor of Applied Science (BAS) in Allied Health program blends academic learning with real-world clinical practice, equipping students to join healthcare teams focused on treating cardiopulmonary (heart & lung) conditions. Seattle Central College's Health Education Center offers a rigorous Respiratory Care curriculum that develops skills for providing advanced respiratory treatment in challenging clinical environments. Our program fosters clinical expertise, self-assurance, and professional conduct to ensure graduates excel in respiratory care careers. We cultivate both exceptional patient care and leadership within the profession.
