The MSAE Program, provided by the Aerospace Engineering Department, equips students for industry careers or doctoral studies. Participants gain expertise in research, design, experimentation, testing, and systems integration for air and space transportation. Alongside core aerospace courses, students can choose electives from science, business, and other engineering areas. Course schedules cater to working professionals seeking part-time graduate studies. The program accepts applicants with bachelor's degrees in various engineering or science fields.
Student must possess a BS degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field (e.g., Aeronautical Engineering, Astronautical Engineering or Space Engineering, etc.) from an accredited institution with a grade point average of 2.75 or better in the last 60 units.
English Language Proficiency: IELTS: 6.5; TOEFL – 80 (IBT), paper based – 550, Computer based – 213; Pearson Test of English (PTE) – 53.
GRE required if undergraduate degree is not from an accredited U.S./Canadian university. Combined score in Verbal and Quantitative must be equal to greater than 312, and Analytical Writing Score must be 3.5 or above.
