The Software Engineering Bachelor of Science (BSSE) program, delivered by the Computer Engineering Department, extends beyond coding to incorporate engineering principles and practical project work. This curriculum equips students with cutting-edge engineering techniques, emerging technologies, collaborative skills, and problem-solving approaches, enabling them to tackle design, development, testing, and evaluation challenges for building complex computer systems and real-world software applications. Graduates emerge prepared for careers with top IT firms in Silicon Valley and the global engineering sector.
Students must Earn a high school diploma, or equivalent and earn the equivalent of a U.S. 3.0 grade point average (GPA) or an average of “B” grades. Successfully complete three years of college preparatory mathematics with a minimum grade of “C-” or better.
English Language Requirements: IELTS - 6.0, TOEFL – 80 (IBT), Paper based – 550; Pearson Test of English (PTE) – 44.
