The SJSU School of Music and Dance's Brass Program features renowned brass artist-instructors from across the San Francisco Bay region. Weekly instruction encompasses both solo and ensemble brass performance training. Performance options for students range from studio recitals and brass chamber performances to participation in the SJSU Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Symphony Orchestra, Jazz Orchestra, Jazz Ensemble, jazz combos, and the Spartan Marching Band. These musical events, coordinated by the School of Music and Dance, welcome public attendance.
