The Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, provided by the Department of Sociology and Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, teaches students about societal mechanisms that shape, sustain, and evolve social structures and individual identities. Sociology offers a lens for examining group dynamics, societal transformations, disparities within communities, and approaches to addressing social issues. Students must Earn a high school diploma, or equivalent and earn the equivalent of a U.S. 3.0 grade point average (GPA) or an average of “B” grades. Successfully complete three years of college preparatory mathematics with a minimum grade of “C-” or better.
English Language Requirements: IELTS - 6.0, TOEFL – 61 (IBT), Paper based – 500; Pearson Test of English (PTE) – 44.
