Our Dance program equips students for successful transfer to four-year institutions. Enroll in our program to develop technical skills and gain performance experience while cultivating an appreciation for this ancient art form. The curriculum offers a holistic dance education, blending aesthetic, historical, critical, cultural, and foundational elements with anatomical and kinesiological knowledge for injury prevention and rehabilitation. Many dancers transition from performing to teaching, while choreographers craft original movements for various performance settings including films, television, theater productions, musicals, and ballet. Some dancers merge their passion with social work, pursuing careers as dance or movement therapists.
