Saint Louis University provides an accelerated physical therapy program that enables students to earn both their bachelor's and doctoral degrees in just six years. As one of the pioneering Jesuit universities to establish a physical therapy degree, SLU's program ranks among the nation's best, as recognized by U.S. News & World Report.
The Doisy College of Health Sciences administers SLU's physical therapy curriculum, which consists of two distinct phases: a three-year undergraduate component (covering freshman through junior years) followed by a three-year professional phase beginning in the senior year. This structured approach ensures smooth transition from theoretical studies to hands-on laboratory work and clinical training
