Develop cutting-edge teaching and leadership approaches for dual language education through our MA in Dual Language Teacher Leadership (DLTL). This program equips certified educators to deliver an engaging, high-impact educational model where students learn literacy and subjects in two languages. Graduates will qualify to add both Bilingual/ESL and Teacher Leader endorsements to their Illinois teaching certificate. Our 30-credit master's program trains certified early childhood, elementary, and secondary teachers to become Dual Language instructional leaders. Coursework aligns with Illinois Teaching and Leadership Standards, National Teacher Leader Model Standards, and Interstate School Leaders Licensure Consortium Standards, fulfilling Illinois State Board of Education requirements for both ESL/Bilingual and Teacher Leader endorsements.
