The Bachelor of Arts in Exercise, Nutrition & Health Science (ENHS) provides an interdisciplinary program combining Exercise & Sport Science, Nutrition & Food Science, and Health Science. The curriculum begins with core courses covering anatomy and physiology, general exercise science, sports nutrition, and health education fundamentals. This base allows students to specialize in one of three focus areas: Kinesiology, Nutrition and Health Science, or Sport and Health Coaching. The Kinesiology track delves into movement science through required coursework in kinesiology, exercise physiology, strength training, and exercise program development. Students can further customize their studies by choosing three electives from exercise science, human performance, fitness, sports nutrition, or health science. This concentration particularly suits those pursuing careers in exercise science, fitness, sports, pre-professional programs, or graduate studies in Physical Therapy and related fields.
