After finishing the MBA programs, graduates will gain the ability to: Show comprehension and practical use of core business frameworks and tools across disciplines like accounting, finance, marketing, organizational behavior, and strategic management. Create, assess, and execute comprehensive business strategies and operational approaches by combining management concepts from various functional areas. Collaborate productively in team environments, whether in leadership or supporting roles. The MBA is a non-thesis graduate degree. Those enrolled in 9-18 credit hours per semester qualify as full-time students. Course registration and elective changes are handled online through ESTHER. Students must track and manage their own schedules and academic progress.
