Our LLM in Health Law program is designed for legal professionals at any career level seeking to develop expertise in a specialized area that connects with multiple legal disciplines. These encompass corporate and employment law, criminal justice, and regulatory compliance. We'll equip you for executive positions within government agencies, pharmaceutical firms, insurance companies, nonprofit entities, or healthcare institutions.

With increasingly intricate regulations affecting organizations across sectors, the need for attorneys with comprehensive healthcare system knowledge continues to rise. You'll explore subjects including pharmaceutical regulations, workplace injury compensation, medical ethics, and disability rights legislation. The program offers adaptable scheduling options, allowing you to pursue studies either full-time or part-time based on your professional commitments and personal circumstances.

The state-of-the-art Lynne L. Pantalena Law Library provides cutting-edge research tools and up-to-date legal publications. Through our thesis component, you'll refine your legal writing and analytical abilities while producing a publishable scholarly article meeting law journal standards.

This program accepts only graduates from ABA-approved law schools who demonstrate exceptional academic performance and/or significant professional accomplishments.
