Our studies encompass a wide range of organisms (from viruses to humans), combining the molecular, cellular, and developmental (MCD) biology 'skin-in' perspective with the ecological, evolutionary, and behavioral (EEB) 'skin-out' approach.

Faculty teach specialized courses in their fields while creating innovative learning experiences for students.
