For individuals passionate about guiding and overseeing creative ventures in arts, entertainment, media, and culture, this program delves into the evolving responsibilities of cultural leaders and organizations, alongside emerging technologies and approaches that reshape how we design and oversee cultural experiences. The ACM initiative is part of the Creative Enterprise Leadership international graduate offerings. Tailored for those aiming to craft and direct cultural experiences, this two-year, cohort-based curriculum mandates 42 credits for completion, culminating in a Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Arts and Cultural Management. The program spans five required semesters—fall, spring, summer, fall, spring—each split into two terms, with participants taking two courses per term (except during semesters three and five). Courses follow a structured sequence as outlined in the curriculum. Two intensive five-day sessions—at the start and midpoint of the program—allow for condensed learning, featuring behavioral simulations and negotiation workshops. All academic work is collaborative.

The curriculum centers on practical strategic challenges across enterprise activities, addressing issues like inequality and environmental concerns highlighted in the Global Goals. Special emphasis is placed on how cultural leaders influence strategies that align cultural, communal, and commercial objectives, generating economic value while enhancing societal and ecological well-being.
