Develop specialized expertise in student counseling, including support for those with learning challenges, behavioral difficulties, or emotional needs. Our alumni become proficient in methods and approaches that assist educators and school personnel in addressing every student's requirements.

This curriculum prepares candidates for School Psychologist licensure from the Kansas Department of Education and national accreditation via the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). We provide an extensive 3-year course of study leading to a Specialist in Education (Ed.S.) qualification.

Initial coursework centers on the Master of Science curriculum, followed by specialist-level studies in the second year. The final year offers practical training through a School Psychologist Internship in educational settings.

Designed with flexibility in mind, the program enables working professionals to balance academic coursework with their employment obligations.
